Jury Verdict – Not Guilty

After a day and half jury trial in Adair County, MO, Kirksville criminal defense attorney Patrick Nolan and his client listened to the judge read off the verdicts.

As the last not guilty was announced a single tear signified the end of a 9-month threat to his liberty and life while facing charges of Burglary in the First Degree, Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Victim Tampering, and Domestic Assault in the fourth degree. If convicted, Nolan’s client was facing a minimum of 5 years in prison and as much as 30 years.
